Scope & Eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Consul apps for macOS and iOS. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

Consul offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Consul Monthly — billed monthly, auto-renews each month
• Consul Annual — billed annually, auto-renews each year
• Consul Founding Member — one-time purchase, lifetime access, no renewals

Subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. The Founding Member plan is a one-time, non-recurring purchase and does not auto-renew.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. Charges are non‑refundable except as required by applicable law.

Current subscription prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Consul to violate laws, harm others, or to exfiltrate data. Reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, or automated scraping of proprietary services is prohibited.

Data & Privacy

Processing occurs on‑device. We do not train models on your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Warranties & Liability

Consul is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may uninstall the app at any time; local indexes and keys are purged on uninstall.
